Preview: Finger Paints Gumdrops & Lollipops Collection

I received info on this new Collection last week but have been so busy I haven't had a chance about it until now, Gumdrops & Lollipops is the new spring collection by Finger Paints that will available in March from Sally Beauty stores & website the retail price is $4.99 each but Sally's always offer great coupons and discounts for beauty club members.

The Gumdrops & Lollipops collection is super cute and includes six new candy colored shades, I hope you are as excited as I am which of these colors do you think you will buy?

Finger Paints Special Effects Twisted, Aslyum, Motley & Flecked

The Finger Paints Special Effects Collection has been one of most exciting collections to be released in January 2012 there has been a frenzy to buy them from Sally Beauty Supply stores before they sell out.

In this post I have swatched Twisted, Motley, Flecked and Aslyum there is one more color in the collection Flashy but it is a dupe of Essie Shine Of The Times which I swatched last month so I decided not to keep it, flakie top coats and polishes are going to be huge in 2012 expect to see a lot more released in coming months.

The Finger Paints Special Effects stand out the most when layered over a black nail polish I used China Glaze Liquid Leather as the base color for the pics below.

Twisted my favorite from the collection is an explosion of rainbow flakie goodness! 

Motley is a gorgeous mix of purple & blue flakes

Flecked is to die for an amazing mix of green & blue

Aslyum is a mix of orange & blue/green flakes 

Nail Mail: Xmas In January

I brought so many polishes in December that I couldn't afford to get all shipped here in time for xmas so this is my Xmas in January I was so excited for fedex to deliver this box today and I am so happy only two polishes leaked and they weren't even colors I really liked.

I need to say a HUGE thanks to DJ, Carrie, Kristal and Genevieve for helping me get some of the harder to find polishes that I could not order online myself I am so grateful for all your help!

Finger Paints Sparkle Top Coat

I got this Finger Paints Sparkle Top Coat at Sally Beauty Fort Lauderdale near the end of my trip to the US. The top coat has a cute pink sparkle effect I have swatched it on its own and also over Grape Big Kiss from the Color Club Wicked Sweet Scented Collection (I removed this color yesterday but my nails still smell like grape bubblegum it is not good I would not use it again!)
