Color Club- Wild At Heart

Color Club Wild At Heart does not have the best effect of the Holographic purples I own but I really love the color it is a gorgeous deep purple I actually like this color better than A England Lady Of The Lake so in my opinion you probably don't need both .

Color Club Magnetic Force - Electro-Midnight

I was a bit disappointed when my bottle of Color Club Electro Midnight arrived last week it didn't look nearly as brighter blue as pictured in the Color Club bottles shots that were released of this collection, I choose this color because I thought it was the brightest of the blue magnetic polishes available but actually I would have been better of purchasing the Icing Blue Magnetic that I originally wanted.

Because I was so disappointed it took me a week before I decided to try Electro Midnight and I was pleasantly surprised even though it is not as bright as I hoped it would be it still looks really great and I got lots of compliments when I wore it to work on Saturday, the Color magnetic polishes are only 10ml and include the magnet on the lid (not shown) the formula was good and it is pretty easy to get a good design with the magnet although it is a lot harder to do the design on your right hand I kept bumping the magnet on my nail and having to re-paint, this was my first magnetic polish I would definitely get more if I liked the color.

Color Club - Otherworldly

Otherwordly is from Color Club's Summer 2011 Starry Temptress Collection it is gorgeous bright blue packed full of glitter, I really loved wearing this color until I had to take it off Oh My God what a pain in the butt there was glitter everywhere I think I still have random pieces of glitter stuck to my nails days later.

Starry Night Mani

The Sunday stamping challenge this week was stars, I did a stars mani a couple of weeks ago but was happy to do another as I liked my first stars mani so much, today I stamped Color Club Worth The Risque stamped over A England Tristam using the Konad M84 stamping plate.

I really love Tristam it is my new favorite color, it was kinda hard to get perfect pics of this mani as I needed good lighting to show off the holo but the light dulled the effect of the stamping it still looks really pretty though like a twinkling night sky!

Leopard Print Cardi Inspired Nails!

I brought a really cute light grey and pink leopard print Cardi when I was in the states at the beginning of November, I thought the colour combination would look great for nail art. To create this mani I used Color Club Worth The Risque, China Glaze Pool Party and the Konad m57 plate I have be meaning to do this for awhile I really love this look!

Color Club Worth The Risque (Holographic)

I used Color Club Worth The Risque as the base colour for my next konad mani, I took a few pics when the sun was out before I started stamping and I thought I'd share them before I post my konad mani pics.

Color Club Express Yourself - Pride Collection 2011

Express Yourself is a really awesome purple creme from the new Color Club Pride Collection which supports equality for all and Color Club will be donating a percentage of the sales of this collection to AIDS related charities.

I used Express Yourself when I did my water marbling swatches on the weekend this purple looks a lot brighter when applied over a white base coat which I should have used when I did my swatches of this colour yesterday but I was being a bit lazy so I will try to upload some additional pics of this colour over a white base coat at a later date.

Water Marbled Mani's

It's been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my konad stamps to arrive in the post so I decided to give water marbling a try on the weekend, It was my first time so the results are far from perfect and I accidentally used tap water rather than filtered water which probably didn't help. I used Essie Blanc for the white base coat and Seche Vite for my top coat in all pictures, I am determined to get really good at water marbling so expect to see a lot more pics in coming weeks!

The first two pics below I used China Glaze Pool Party and Color Club Express Yourself & Age Of Aquarius.

The next two pics below I used China Glaze Pool Party and Color Club Express Yourself & Boys Wear Blue this combination of colours looked great together the blue and purple blended really well.

Color Club Foiled Collection - Perfect Molt-Ten

I really wanted to swatch this colour since I received the new Color Club Foiled Collection a couple of weeks ago, this metallic green is really pretty and it matches the dress I am wearing today! I have been a bit slack lately but I am going to start swatching a lot more new colours and collection once I get back from my holiday to USA at the beginning of November!
