Color Club Magnetic Force - Electro-Midnight

I was a bit disappointed when my bottle of Color Club Electro Midnight arrived last week it didn't look nearly as brighter blue as pictured in the Color Club bottles shots that were released of this collection, I choose this color because I thought it was the brightest of the blue magnetic polishes available but actually I would have been better of purchasing the Icing Blue Magnetic that I originally wanted.

Because I was so disappointed it took me a week before I decided to try Electro Midnight and I was pleasantly surprised even though it is not as bright as I hoped it would be it still looks really great and I got lots of compliments when I wore it to work on Saturday, the Color magnetic polishes are only 10ml and include the magnet on the lid (not shown) the formula was good and it is pretty easy to get a good design with the magnet although it is a lot harder to do the design on your right hand I kept bumping the magnet on my nail and having to re-paint, this was my first magnetic polish I would definitely get more if I liked the color.

OPI Ink

I have been on a bit of a mission the last couple of months to find the perfect blue based purple nail polish and I think I have found a really great contender.

I love OPI Ink I think it is almost the perfect purple for me, I still have a lot more purple polishes in my huge untrieds pile but I am really happy to find such a great color, I have came across a lot of purple polishes that did not live up to my expectations so I am really happy to add OPI Ink to my favorites pile.

Color Club - Otherworldly

Otherwordly is from Color Club's Summer 2011 Starry Temptress Collection it is gorgeous bright blue packed full of glitter, I really loved wearing this color until I had to take it off Oh My God what a pain in the butt there was glitter everywhere I think I still have random pieces of glitter stuck to my nails days later.

Deborah Lippmann - Lady Sings The Blues

Lady Sings The Blues is my first ever Deborah Lippman glitter polish I swatched a couple of the Deborah Lippman metallics in January but they definitely did not compare to Lady Sings The Blues. I love the name of this polish and as blue is my favorite color at the moment it is perfect for me, I hope to make some polish jewelry with this color in the future I will post pics at a later date.

Milani 3D Holographic Collection

It doesn't happen very often with me so todays post is a big achievement I actually swatched a whole collection in one day, I had some free time on Sunday and was able to watch all six colors from the Milani 3D Holographic Collection.

The colors in the Milani collection are all very sheer and don't look very impressive indoors but once in sunlight they look gorgeous my favorites are 3D & Cyberspace the gold and blue holos. Some of the colors are close dupes of colors from the Nubar Prisms Collection if you had to choose between buying the Nubar or Milani holos I would recommend the Milani collection as they have a stronger holographic effect.
