Green & Gold Aussie Mani

I was trying to get ready for a stamping challenge today and the theme was green I love Zoya Ivanka so much that I wanted to use it as my base but no matter what color I tried nothing was opaque enough to stamp over so after failing over and over again I gave up and did this really nice green & gold mani with Zoya Ivanka, China Glaze GR8 and L8R G8R it would have been perfect for Australia Day but I didn't want to wait three weeks to post these pics.

Friday Challenge: Animal Print Nails

I just joined a facebook group who does themed nail art challenges on fridays this week was Zoe's choice and she choose leopard print which was great for my first challenge.

I used China Glaze GR8, TTYL, Liquid Leather and the Konad m57 stamping plate to create this look it was pretty simple idea but I'm happy with the result and it didn't take me long to do, I really like how the two holo colors merged together in the photos.

China Glaze 2012 - On Safari Collection

The New China Glaze On Safari Collection to be released in 2012 looks very cool, I am really excited about the two new glitters "I Herd That' and "I'm Not Lion' I am also really looking forward to swatching 'Manhunt' and 'Exotic Encounter'.

I think this is one of the more exciting China Glaze Collections for next year and can't wait to find out the exact release date.

China Glaze Summer 2012 - Summer Neons

China Glaze Summer 2012 Collection, Summer Neons is the third neon collection China Glaze has released in the last few years but we have to face facts we all love neon colors and they are fantastic for water marbling and nail art.

There are few cool new shades available that I have not seen dupes of in previous China Glaze neon collections, I am really looking forward to swatching Ride The Waves and Splish Splash, the two blues from this collection.

Pink Wednesday - China Glaze OMG Collection QT

It's pink wednesday again and I am running out of pink polishes so today I have chosen China Glaze QT from the OMG collection which is a hot plum pink holo, QT is really pretty and very bold it looks gorgeous in the sunlight.

Love Marilyn - China Glaze Eye Candy 3D Glitters Collection

Lorelei's Tiara was the only color that really jumped out at me from the new China Glaze Eye Candy Collection and I swatched it as soon as it arrived but yesterday when deciding on a base color from the monday mani nail art challenge I decided to give Love Marilyn a go I was so suprised how good this color looks I think it is the mix of silver with red glitter that makes it look a lot prettier than a normal red glitter polish. I did not use a top coat in any of these pics as I needed to use the color for my nail art base afterwards.

China Glaze - Colors From The Capitol

I swatched "Piggy Polish Teal It Like Is" today but can't get a decent photo of it because it's raining and all the photos I take of it indoors the color looks more like blue glitter than teal! so instead I thought I'd post some info about the new China Glaze Colors From The Capitol Collection inspired by the movie Hunger Games being released by Lionsgate in march 2012. This is the fifth China Glaze Collection that I know of that is scheduled for release in 2012 all the collections are so different from each other I really like the look of "Luxe And Lush" from the color charts below.

China Glaze Magnetix & Glitter Crackle Collections

Thanks to my friends at PAA (Polish-aholics Anonymous) I have some exciting news to share with you today about two great new collections being released next year by China Glaze. Magnetix is the first new collection and is due to be released March 2012, the second collection Crackle Glitters does not have a release date yet.

I am excited to try the new magnetix colors but as much as I love glitter I don't need any more crackle.

Pink Wednesday - China Glaze Bad Kitty

It's wednesday again and I have chosen an oldie but a goodie China Glaze Bad Kitty from the China Glaze Speciality Collection. Bad Kitty is a cute pink jelly base full of opalescent glitter.

China Glaze OMG Collection Skittle Swatches

I know the China Glaze OMG Collection was released in 2009 but I was not collecting nail polishes or blogging back then so it is really exciting for me to be able to get 10 of the OMG Collection colours as they are normally very hard to find, I am going to do swatches of all the colours but I thought I'd just share some cute skittle swatches of the colours today! (I am missing BFF & IDK if anyone has these colours in Very Good or Unused Condition I have some dupes from the OMG Collection that I could swap for them).
